[b]Physical Appearance:[/b] Just your everyday male Maned Wolf, with the exception of his eye color and base fur color are both bronze, yet he still have white fur (ear tip, tail tip bottom of the mandible and front neck) and black fur (forearm, hands, lower legs, snout tip, and a streak down the back neck). Body build is that of an average male at his age, with a bit of muscle from undergoing some “secret training”.

[b]Equipment and Weapons:[/b]
[b][u]EV Driver[/u][/b] - This is actually a buckle of a belt to transform Evan into Kemo Rider EV, its forms and to utilize the powers are within the Drive Discs. Once placed on the front waist part of the abdomen, the belt straps shoot out from the sides of the Driver, going around the waist and clasp on the back. The Driver opens by pulling the side parts away from each other, revealing a slot for the Drive Discs to be inserted, and the same side parts can be pushed to each other to close the Driver to ‘lock’ the disc in.
[b][u]Access Discs[/u][/b] - Crystalline discs to slot into the EV Driver so Evan can utilize the power within it. Made from crystals harvested from a hidden deposit somewhere in a remote and untouched place in the Philippines.
[b][u]Access Disc Holder[/u][/b] - hanging on the left side of the belt. It holds the Drive Discs for EV to use. All that was needed to do is to think of the disc that is wanted, open the holder and draw out the disc.
[b][u]Hybrid Weapon[/u][/b] - A pair of weapons made from MagiTech. It has two forms that can switch to one and the other:
* [b][u]EV Calibur[/u][/b] - A beam sword, no sharpening needed, capable of slicing even through tough synthetic materials or alloys.
* [b][u]EV Blaster[/u][/b] - A beam gun, no ammunition needed, capable of punching holes even through tough synthetic materials or alloys.

[b]Bio:[/b]
Student in Culinary Arts, part time worker at a cafe during some days in the morning and part time worker at a bar during some days in the evening. He spent his early life years in the Philippines before his parents flew to move to Colmaton City, USA. His childhood life was fairly safe but his parents lived a dangerous and risky life. His mother worked as a researcher for a syndicate while his father worked as one of the footsoldier goons on the same syndicate.

Evan’s life was shaken and took a slight turn when one day, his father was sent to jail after being caught in a sting operation. Several months later, he heard the news that authorities found the mutilated body of his mother. With his father serving jail time and his mother found dead, he was placed in foster care until his father was released from his sentence.
Evan managed to go through most of his early high school days before his father was released from jail for good behaviour in prison. Despite his father’s struggles on gaining income and reforging the bond between them both, Evan went through the rest of his high school and then into college where he is happily studying Culinary Arts and getting a job as a barista and bartender to help pay the bills and income.

One day, while cleaning the house, Evan found a note on his mother’s old desk. Following the directions written in clues and riddles, to which he found a secret passage within their home, that leads to his mother’s secret lab. Within the dormant laboratory, he found his mother’s life project, the EV Driver and two bronze colored discs, on the middle table. After playing the recorded message and learning the possible culprit of her death, he went through the driver’s programmed manual and secret training regimen. This is the rise of Kemo Rider EV.

[b]Personality:[/b]
Evan is seen as crafty and mischievous, pulling pranks and curveballs to get an advantage and would make sure he gets the last laugh in any situation and is sometimes carefree and worriless. He is also seen to be calculative and borderline cruel, thinking of plans that would put only him in a great position and advantage, [b][i][u]seemingly[/u][/i][/b] disregarding the consequences of his plans that would befall on other people involved or get themselves involved. He is sometimes tackless with his words, resulting in him, from time to time, taunting other people on their weaknesses and faults thus causing a lot of them to think that he is cocky.

Evan is also borderline OCD, where he is easily irritated when someone would mess up something he neatly organized or planned. He gets especially irritated when people refer to the color of EV’s base form as ‘copper’ or ‘brass’, to where he will correct them that it is ‘bronze’ and will explain in great lengths the difference between the colors, much to everyone’s annoyance.

Despite having these less than admirable traits, he retains a good side. Though, on the outside, people might often see it that he is mocking them or he is using them for his own gain but underneath it all, it would actually be revealed to be him helping them more than himself all along, in one way or another. He may have a rocky and unapproachable exterior, yet he often finds himself getting into situations, drags himself into situations or has someone drag him into a situation.

[b][u]Sealing Discs[/u][/b] - A blank slate Disc, not containing any power within. Seales the power from weakened Addicted furs. After collecting the power, it’ll enter ‘Full Disc’ state.
* Pro: Easy to make.
* Con: Can only absorb power from a WEAKENED Addicted; One disc can only absorb the power of one Addicted.
[b][u]Full Discs[/u][/b] - A Disc that just absorbed a power from an Addicted. Becomes a Drive Disc after a purifying process.
* Pro: Holds a power from a defeated Addicted.
* Con: Unusable until it went through the purification process and became a Drive Disc; Purification process may take some time about one hour each Full Disc.
