Isaiah was new to the world of Pokemon Training and Battling. After finishing all of his schooling, he was able to fully immerse himself in the world! There was only one small issue with his plan, he didn't have a Pokemon! Worst than that, the Professor of his region didn't currently have any Pokemon to give away to trainers just starting their journey. And all that meant Isaiah was stuck, unable to pursue his goal! The human sighed, putting his hands in his pockets as he walked through the streets of the Kanto region. It was too dangerous to venture outside into the tall grass to try and befriend a Pokemon as well, as one feral Pokemon could cause him quite a bit of harm with no way to defend himself. He wanted to be a Trainer, but he just didn't have the necessary tools to become one. However, Isaiah's day would take a turn as a gust of wind would sweep up. The wind blew into his face, forcing Isaiah to hold his arms up to walk against the wind. As he did so, he would suddenly be slapped in the face with a paper. He struggled to pull the poster off for a moment before managing to do so. Isaiah skimmed it over and first and went to crumple it up before realizing just what the poster was. "Pokemon Prism League" the poster read. There was a Pokeball in the middle with a triangle for the button. Not only that, there were two different characters on it. One of them was a duck creature with demonic features including fangs and horns that also wore a hat with an "F" on it. The other was light blue Braixen girl that wore a dark blue hat, torn jeans, and a black top. The duck had a Pokeball in his hand while the Braixen held a stick that all Braixen's hand. "Think you got what it takes to be a trainer? Then come on over to the newly built Lavender Town Gym where you'll be tested to see if you got what it takes to join the Pokemon Prism League! Pokemon will be provided so don't worry about bringing any! Come show us what you got!" "I'm not that far from Lavender Town! I think I can do this! I've watched battling forever so I can probably hold my own!" Isaiah said excitedly to himself. He tucked the paper away into his pocket as he rushed down the path straight en route to Lavender Town. With a goal in mind, Isaiah felt like everything was finally coming together! And he was going to make sure he aced the test he was going to be given! ***** Isaiah looked down and the poster and back up to the large building. He had to admit, he wasn't expecting the gym to be so big! It was the biggest he'd ever seen! The Lavender Town Gym was bigger than even the Indigo Plateau, and that was the most prestigious place in Kanto! It did make Isaiah a little more nervous, these two didn't seem to be holding back at all! However, he made his way all the way here so he wasn't going to back off now! With a deep breath, Isaiah entered into the Lavender Town Gym. The inside was just as grand as the outside, with a large corridor lit up with candles and chandeliers. The floor was tiled blue and dark purple, matching the fur colors of the duck and Braixen that were on the poster. Isaiah reached another door of the Gym and pushed it open and walked through. On the other side of it, there was a large arena, not too unlike a Basketball court. The center had a large Pokeball painted on it that matched the one on the poster. When Isaiah walked in, the lights on the arena all turned on in a wave and that eventually revealed the blue Braixen and demonic duck from the poster. They stood back to back, with arms crossed and smirks across their muzzle and beak respectively. "Well partner it looks like the first challenge has arrived!" the Braixen spoke up first. "Such a long wait I didn't think we'd survive!" the duck added on. "Cindy, at your service!" the Braixen said moving her back away to face Isiah. "And Felgar, do feel free to be nervous!" the duck did the same action. "Well, well, well Cindy it looks like we can finally break our little arena in!" "That we can! Oh man, the ideas I have~!" Cindy said with a coo. "So you two are the one's who made this!" Isaiah held the poster up. "Guilty as charged!" Felgar answered back, snapping his finger. The paper in Isaiah's hand became a lot smaller, all while the material became colder and harder, turning into steel. He watched as the paper shrank down into a badge, of which had the emblem for Fire Pokemon on it. He looked down at it in confusion and back to Felgar, nerves starting to set in. "D-did you do this...?" Isaiah asked nervously. "Quite the observant one ain't ya?" Felgar answered happily. "As a matter of fact I did~!" "T-that's...so cool!" Isaiah responded excitedly, much to the surprise of the Braixen and duck. "That's a quick change of heart!" Cindy commented. "Well no matter, I'm sure he'll be singing a different tune soon enough~!" Felgar shared a smirk with Cindy before returning his attention to Isaiah. "So, you want to be a trainer?" "More than anything!" Isaiah answered back. "I'm young, confident, and know I can be the best!" "Pretty cocky for someone who doesn't own a Pokemon~!" Cindy chimed in with a small giggle. "Well, sure I don't HAVE one but I know I'd be more than capable!" "I don't know, you know how hard it is to just be a Pokemon? I have to be careful when I sneeze to not use Flamethrower!" Cindy added on. "Battling is on a whole league of its own!" "Yeah, I know!" Isaiah answered back, though his confidence was starting to wane a bit. "And I know that I could totally battle!" "Such confidence from someone so young!" Cindy laughed and started to saunter up to him. "Of course, if you want to join the Pokemon Prism League than you have to prove you're Pokemon Prism material!" she stopped in front of him, putting her hand on her hip as her tail swished. "Okay, well that's what I'm here for!" Isaiah answered back. "How do I prove myself?" "It's quite simple, you just have to beat us in a battle!" "What!? Two against one!? How is that fair!?" Isaiah retorted with shock. "No no no, that would hardly be fair!" Cindy said back with a coy laugh. "You'll just be battling Felgar over there." she took the stick out of her tail and used it to point to the demonic duck. "Okay...that sounds a lot better!" Isaiah admitted with a weak chuckle. "So, where are the Pokemon I use?" he said clapping his hands together and rubbing them looking around. "Oh they're a LOT closer than you think~!" Cindy squinted her eyes as her smile grew wider. "Am I using you? Are you my Pokemon?" "Nope, but you're getting warmer!" Cindy twirled her stick in her hand. "I have to say I'm a little lost..." Isaiah rubbed the back of his head. "YOU! It's you! You're going to be your own Pokemon! You talked the talk and now it's time to walk to walk! Let's see what you're made of!" "Now wait let's just-" however Isaiah was cut off when a wave of blue flame shot out from Cindy's stick. His insides felt like they were on fire, and yet it didn't burn, not even a little. It was almost as if his body was made for it! Underneath the blue flame Isaiah's body would rapidly transform to be the first Pokemon on his "team." Isaiah's hair would fall out one by one, revealing his scalp all smoothed out. That wasn't the only hair to leave him, as the hair all over his body would leave him as well. However, this didn't pave the way for smooth skin, quite the opposite in fact. His skin was becoming much more dry and rough to the touch as it started to become reptilian. Isaiah's new scales would be a fiery orange, with smoke gray markings around his neck, wrists, and ankles. His body rapidly shrank as his spine altered and forced him down onto all fours. All of his clothes suddenly exploded off of him before wrapping around his back and belly. It hardened and turned gray, with hexagonal openings forming all around his new shell. Isaiah's neck extended, with his nose shrinking into two nostrils. His jaw became jagged and his eyes were forced closed. Lastly, his hands and feet both became circular as three white claws stuck out from them, the transformation into a Torkoal complete. "Torkoal...? Torkoal!" Isaiah muttered out, finding that he had suddenly lost the ability to speak! "Oh, did I forget to mention that you didn't need to bring Pokemon because you were going to BE the Pokemon? Well, now I did~! Don't worry, if you're such a natural like you said you were then you'll be able to battle as one no problem!" Cindy bent down and patted the back of Isaiah's shell. "Now then, don't hold back just because he's new!" Cindy turned back to Felgar. "And I don't intend do! Let's get started!" the duck said with confidence, wiping the tip of his beak and tossing out a Pokeball, a Rowlet emerging out from it. "Go...owl thing!" "One that's a Rowlet, and two, you do realize it's weak to fire right?" "Sure I do! I was just starting off easy for our little gym leader wannabe!" Felgar answered back, slightly flustered after learning what he did. "Show em what you got!" Cindy stepped away from the action, leaving the new Torkoal and Rowlet to do battle. "Alright Rowlet, use uh...grass...attack." Felgar struggled to command the Rowlet, having little idea how this world actually worked. Isaiah knew enough about Pokemon and the kinds of moves they used, and dug deep to try and use the ability and moves thrust upon him. He imagined himself blowing flames out of his muzzle, and with a deep breath managed to blow out fire breath and used Flamethrower! This struck Rowlet right in the face, and with grass types being weak to fire managed to knock it out in one hit! "Hey! What gives! I thought that was supposed to be good!" Felgar complained and promptly returned the fainted Rowlet to its ball. "Maybe don't try using grass against fire next time, after all our friend here is a fire Pokemon specialist!" Cindy spoke up and crossed her arms with a smirk. "Right! Well, if I know anything about fire it's that water takes care of it! So let's bring out the blue duck!" Felgar grabbed another Pokeball, tossing it up and a Ducklett popping out from it. "A Ducklett? It's like you barely tried to prepare for this!" Cindy couldn't help but laugh at Felgar's weak Pokemon. "Hey, ducks are cool! Maybe I should make you try being one for a while!" Felgar defend himself with a smirk across his beak. "I'd like to see you try! You'd be a Fennekin before you could even bring your fingers together!" Felgar and Cindy shared a laugh before he returned his attention to the battle. "Alright Ducklett, shoot water at him or something!" The Ducklett obeyed, and sprayed a steady stream of water right at Isaiah as it used Water Gun. Just like he had done to the Rowlet, the Ducklett had done that to him. After being hit by the stream he found it hard to get back up onto his feet, and he wound up on the verge of fainting. However, this process was cut short when he felt another blast of Cindy's flames hit him. He felt the same sensations as before as Isaiah's body transformed once more. "Don't worry, I'll keep it fair and won't make him into something TOO powerful!" Cindy commented over to Felgar before returning her attention to Isaiah as his body transformed once more. His body shifted from scales to beige fur, with Isaiah's feet all becoming smaller overall. He lost his claws, with the gray part of the former scales covering the entirety of his feet as they hardened into a pair of gray hooves. The shell on Isaiah's body vanished entirely, though was gifted with something new. Flames suddenly burst out from his neck that stayed lit giving him a mane made of fire. More flames formed on the backsides of all four of his legs, as well as a large bushy flame tail. The last bit of flames would form at the top of his head, looking like quite the majestic equine! His muzzle extended outward, and his eyes were allowed to open once more. Ears returned to him, with pink on the inside. That finished off Isaiah's transformation from Torkoal into a Ponyta. Isaiah let out a whinny as he went onto his hind legs and kicked his front legs in the air before falling back down onto them as he felt fully rejuvenated. Isaiah had to admit, this body felt leagues better than the Torkoal one! And he used those good feelings to try and think of how to dispose of the Ducklett before he was taken out once more. He knew that his fire moves wouldn't do much to help him, but that's when he remembered he had more than just fire moves! He looked through his instincts, and how to use Double Kick came to him! With a game plan in mind, Isaiah charged at Ducklett and delivered two swift kicks, though this time wasn't lucky enough to knock it out with the one hit. What Isaiah had forgot to take into account was that Ducklett was part flying type, and resistant to its power. "He's still standing! Go hit him! Tackle him or something!" Felgar commanded his Pokemon, who delivered a relatively weak tackle that only made Isaiah flinch ever so slightly. Knowing the Ducklett didn't have much left in it despite everything, and he finished it off with a simple tackle. "Shoot! Well, I got one more water type in me!" Felgar returned Ducklett to its ball. "And it's a Pokemon I actually DO know! Show 'em Psyduck!" "Looks like you're catching on, if only your Pokemon would evolve and be powerful to take on someone who's spending their first MINUTES as a Pokemon!" Cindy stuck her tongue out. "Well I'll show you what I know! Psyduck, do the water gun thing!" Felgar pointed towards Isaiah. The Psyduck obliged, and sprayed water at Isaiah. However, being more at ease with the body, despite how foreign it was Isaiah managed to avoid the attack all together! "Hey! What gives? I didn't know they could avoid attacks!" "Not everything can be a hundred percent accurate!" Cindy responded. "Course some moves are, but that's for me to know and you to find out~!" "Well maybe I don't NEED to know!" Felgar retorted. "That makes things TOO easy!" Isaiah knew that despite its name, Psyduck wasn't actually a physic type and used Double Kick once more, delivering two swift blows to Psyduck for another one hit knock out. "Aw come on! I barely got to use it!" Felgar complained as he returned Psyduck to its ball. "Well, I got one Pokemon left so let's make it count! Go bird thing!" he said, releasing a Spearow to the battlefield. "That would be a Spearow. I expected you to at least know the names of the Pokemon you have!" "Hey, I just got here! It's your fault for summoning me without proper knowledge! Now watch me finish this pony up! Attack it Spearow with your...beak? Yeah, peck it!" The Spearow let out a cry and nose dived down at Isaiah. It managed to hit him, though didn't do too much damage. However, it was enough to almost knock Isaiah out, but did come close! Isaiah knew he could end this right here, and loaded up his flame breath he remember how to use from when he was a Torkoal. And with that, he used a powerful Flamethrower move and managed to take out Spearow and win the battle! Isaiah let out a whinny in celebration and pranced about as Felgar returned his defeated Pokemon to its ball. "Well then, looks like he really was more than all talk!" Cindy nodded approvingly. "Then again, he did have to just battle you and you're small Pokemon!" "I think you made him into good Pokemon on purpose!" Felgar accused. "No matter! I can't wait to see YOU try to take on the next competitor! Then I'll offer my own "words of encouragement" to you!" "Whatever you say!" Cindy said before turning her attention to Isaiah. "And as your reward I'd like to officially welcome you as the Pokemon Prism League Fire Gym leader, now let's get you into your new uniform!" she said blasting the Ponyta with another wave of her blue, transformative flame. The beige of her fur remained, though the backside would change color into a dark blue-green color. The mane of fire going down Isaiah's neck and back would leave him, as would the ones on his legs. However, the flames at his head and tail would remain, although not be "on" all the time like it was before. For the first time since the initial transformation, he would go back up and stand on two legs. The hooves shifted into three digited paws, with his hands returning to fingers and thumbs. The insides of Isaiah's ears became red as did his eyes. His muzzle became smaller, taking on a more dull, diamond shape as he became an anthropomorphic Quilava. "W-whoa! Hey! I can talk again!" Isaiah said happily. "Oh man, that was so fuN!" Isaiah stopped when his voice cracked. "W-what's wrong with my voice!?" A sensation at Isaiah's chest would answer his question, as two mounds of flesh blossomed, gaining weight and sensitivity to them. Between Isaiah's legs, manhood would be lost as he was thrust fully into womanhood as his, or rather her sex finished swapping. Isaiah's hips became wider, with her shoulders losing broadness and legs taking on shapely tones. Her rear rounded out all while her back pushed itself into an arch. Her eyes gained long eyelashes and face a feminine look to make her into a female anthropomorphic Quilava. Lastly, Isaiah was given an entirely new outfit. Her legs would be covered with blue jeans while her chest was covered with a sports bra with the "Fire Pokemon" emblem on it. On top of that, a sleeveless black shirt that was tied underneath her breasts formed, revealing her midriff. This finished off the entirety of the transformation. Isaiah blushed as she looked down at her new self, Felgar materializing a mirror with a snap of his fingers to allow the new Quilava to get a good look at herself. She brought a hand up and felt her face, seeing the reflection mimic her. As much as this was to take in she had to admit she looked pretty hot, in more ways than one! "And there we go! Our first gym leader! Don't worry about getting to the gym, Felgar will take care of the travel for you!" Cindy looked over and nodded to the duck. "Alright, it was nice to battle you but now you're going to be battling for us! Congrats on your graduation!" "I won't let you down!" Isaiah giggled happily. "I gotta admit, I didn't expect such a positive reaction." Felgar whispered over to Cindy. "I'm with you there." Cindy answered back with a deadpan voice. "Oh well! Your new Pokemon will be waiting for you at the gym!" Felgar snapped his fingers and in an instead Isaiah was teleported away to a gym that was created in Viridian City where Isaiah would act as the gym leader! "I must admit Cindy, making them into Pokemon gym leaders was a brilliant touch!" Felgar laughed over to his partner. "You're in the Pokemon world, you got to make Pokemon! We have to stand out from the Indigo League after all!" Cindy said back proudly. "And we got plenty more to make!" Felgar walked up to Cindy standing back to back. "Ready?" "You know it!" Cindy answered back. "Cindy!" she struck a pose with her stick. "Felgar" he did the same, though with his Pokeball. "And we're the leaders of the Prism Pokemon League!"
