Bunny Babies At Home Together On a cold winter's day, inside the playroom, The Bunny Babies were playing about. Suddenly they felt itchy and tickly all over And some of the hairs on their fur fell out. Mummy Bunny came to check on her children. She found them lying around the toy box. They were covered in spots on their patches. The poor little things had got the Bunny Pox. Mummy Bunny called for a doctor on the phone. Soon at their house, came personal Doctor Leporidae He checked the Bunny Babies and looked them over. He gave advice and medicine and with Mummy shared tea. Doctor Leporidae soon left and wished them luck. Mummy put the bunny babies on the changing mat. She changed their diapers and took them straight to bed. The bunny babies could not play today and that was that. The Bunny Babies lay down in their cot not feeling tired. They all wriggled and rolled around and felt very bored. Later, Mummy Bunny came by to check on them. She could see how they all felt in her own accord. So she wound up their favourite music box. She accompanied the tune with a lovely song. The Bunny Babies listened attentively and yawned. They all lay back and were fast asleep before long. After some rest, the Bunny Babies woke up. Mummy gave them a spoon of medicine goop. It tasted yucky and they didn't like it one bit. Then Mummy served them warm carrot soup. After that, the babies got bottles of sweet milk They drank it all up and they loved it a lot. Mummy turned them all over and burped them, Then scooped them up and got them out of the cot. Mummy took them to the bathroom undressed, For a warm relaxing bubbly bath to their delight. It soothed their itching and made them happy. Their fur began to feel all fluffy and light. Mummy dried the Bunny Babies thoroughly. Gracie rubbed both her paws on her face. Mummy slipped new diapers on the babies, Then she took them to warm up by the fireplace. For extra comfort she wrapped them in towels. Gracie wrapped her right arm around Milby. Lubie snuggled against Donny's Tummy. And Donny leaned his head against Silky. Now that the Bunny Babies all felt quite comfy, Mummy sat down near them and stroked Silky's tail. She patted, rocked and cradled her little babies. She looked behind and noticed that she had received mail. Mummy got up and went to get the letter. Inside was a get well card from Auntie Judy. She heard about how sick the Bunny Babies were. She wished them to get well soon with love truly. At dinner the Bunny Babies had more yucky medicine. To drink they had baby bottles of hot chocolate. To eat they had bowls of honey and warm porridge. The Bunny Babies smiled and loved every bit of it. Later, Mummy took her children for bedtime. The Bunny Babies still felt a bit sick, So Mummy had them sleep with her. Under the covers, so warm and thick. Mummy and the Bunny Babies slept all night. They all woke up as the sun began to rise. They got up and stretched their arms. As they got out of bed, they had a nice surprise. The Bunny Babies were all well again. They jumped in joy and got excited. In no time at all, they were all playing, Feeling very happy and delighted.
