Jack, a pegasus pony who enjoyed racing as much as he loved drinking Coca-Cola, landed atop a small house. There was snow everywhere, and Jack slipped on a large patch of ice. Jack fell off of the roof, only to be caught by his great friend, a human who we will call "Buddy." "JACK, ARE YOU NUTS," asked Buddy, "You could have broken your damn neck!" "What? I didn't realize it was so damn icy!" answered Jack. Buddy then walked inside as a loud buzzing came from his kitchen. Jack walked in and shook the snow off of his body. "Whoa, I'm freezing!" Jack shivered. Buddy, sensing his friend's dilemma, collected a handmade quilt he had made before he had met Jack. He threw the soft and warm quilt over his pony friend and stepped back into the kitchen. Jack then spoke out. "Uh, Buddy?" "Yes, Jack." "What are you doing in the kitchen?" "Oh, I'm just cooking up some soup, it's terribly cold and I just gave you my blanket" "Can I have some?" "Jack, you don't even have to ask! I'll put some more on, and it will be done soon." About five minutes later, Buddy walked out with two bowls of soup. One was a delicious bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup which Buddy had made himself. The other contained a mix of chicken stock, vegetables, and a few pieces of left over turkey. Buddy placed the Turkey Soup over by Jack, who had found his way over to a small mattress that Buddy leaves on the floor so that Jack can stay there whenever he needs. Jack sipped a bit of the soup. "This is delicious, Buddy!" "Thanks, dude. I know you like Turkey." The two friends enjoyed there soups, but then there was a knocking on the basement door... END OF PART 1
