In the vast and ominous void that exists beyond all known space and time, two unlikely beings found themselves trapped: Markham Endicott, a peculiar hybrid of rabbit and man, and Victor, a humanoid robot sent from the future to safeguard the fate of humanity. As they stumbled upon each other in this otherworldly abyss, Victor, curious and inquisitive, bombarded Markham with questions, but to no avail. Markham was lost, without memory of how he came to be here, or why. Despite Markham's silence, Victor saw fit to dig deeper and threaten to probe the hybrid's mind for answers. But Markham stood firm, demanding his autonomy and the right to his privacy. "I have yet to unravel the mysteries surrounding my presence in this strange realm," he warned. Victor remained silent, plotting his next move, until Markham finally asked the question that had been on both of their minds: were they stuck here? "Probably not," Victor lied, and suggested Markham try talking to the thing inside of him. Markham was understandably confused by this suggestion, until Victor transformed his hand into a menacing cannon and aimed it at him. Markham, showing bravery and defiance, refused to be intimidated. But before the blast could hit him, Markham suddenly underwent a transformation, growing in size and turning purple, his eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. And then, a voice spoke out from within Markham, a force known as Shinu, the protector of the hybrid. Shinu was powerful, capable of withstanding even Victor's deadly cannon, and had been with Markham since he was found in a lab. Victor was taken aback by this new development, but couldn't help being impressed by the sheer power emanating from Shinu. As he inquired further, Shinu revealed that his abilities were not acquired, but rather intrinsic to his being. He was an omnipotent being, capable of surviving even the most deadly of attacks. "Shooting me with a plasma cannon is merely a tickle," he boasted through Markham's body. In this strange and twisted world beyond all comprehension, Markham had found a powerful ally in Shinu. And though Victor was still searching for answers, it seemed that Shinu and Markham were more than capable of taking on whatever challenges this void might throw their way. In the peculiar planet of Hakai, two curious creatures known as jolts were deep in conversation. Their names were Tyrannus and Joris, and they had been partners in the most extraordinary sense for six Hakai years - which, in Earth terms, equated to a bizarrely specific 32.5 years. Together, they had thwarted numerous threats to their planet, including the likes of colossal monsters, extraterrestrial invasions, and even the apocalypse itself. It was a routine for them, dealing with these otherworldly dangers on a yearly basis. As they conversed, Tyrannus learned that Joris was planning to leave the planet. The news hit him like a bolt of lightning. "You're leaving our home?" he asked, with a hint of sadness in his voice. Joris nodded solemnly. "Yes, my friend. It's time for me and my family to depart. This planet was never meant for habitation in the first place." Tyrannus understood Joris' decision, but the thought of facing future battles without his partner made him uneasy. "Who will stand with me in the face of danger? I'm fast, but not as strong," he lamented. But Joris reassured him that he would grow stronger over time and eventually find a new partner. The next day, Tyrannus found himself in a conference room with the rulers of the planet Hakai. They spoke about Joris' departure and Tyrannus' need for a new partner. The supreme leader, Protos Quaren, suggested a jolt by the name of Jasmine Joltoria. They regaled Tyrannus with tales of her formidable powers, including the ability to change her appearance and harden her skin to the strength of tungsten. She had a fascinating background too, born to a coal miner father and a florist mother, and had endured the loss of her younger brother to stage four lung cancer when she was just 18 Earth years old. Despite these hardships, Jasmine excelled at the military academy and boasted a spotless criminal record. She was now 35 Earth years old. Tyrannus was hesitant at first, wondering if she had ever worked as a stripper. The leaders were taken aback by his question, reminding him that such disrespect was not tolerated. He apologized and vowed to keep their discussion professional from then on. They further explained that Jasmine was a highly skilled jolt who had never been involved in any criminal activity. They confirmed that Tyrannus would be working with Jasmine soon, and he nervously accepted the offer. The thought of a new partner made Tyrannus anxious, but he was also excited for the opportunity to grow and become stronger. He thanked the leaders for the chance and promised to do his utmost in protecting their planet. The future of Hakai hung in the balance, and Tyrannus knew that he had to be at his best to face the dangers that awaited them.
