"Hey Autumn, thanks for coming." Cindy got up, giving her friend a hug when she walked into the coffee shop.  "No problem!" Autumn smiled as she happily returned the hug. "What did you need me to come down here for?"  "Well...uhm..." Cindy blushed, rubbing the back of her neck nervously.  "It's fine, you can tell me." Autumn offered her friend a soft chuckle and a gentle pat on Cindy's shoulder.  "Okay, here it goes." she said, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. "There's this new workout craze and I want you to try it with me."  "Is that what you were worked up about?" Autumn laughed. "I thought it was going to be something much worse with how you were acting!"  "Well, it's not uhm...traditional, let's say." Cindy was still just as bashful as before.  "What? Is it like some kind of weird diet?" Autumn raised an eyebrow, though her smile never left her face.  "Not really no, but you do have to drink something for the first step of it to take place..."  "And this first step is...?" Autumn tried to coax her friend to spit out what she clearly wanted to say.  "Transforming..." she murmured.  "What? Did you say-?" Autumn was cut off when Cindy nodded and replied. "Transforming." she repeated herself.  "Transforming? Like...turning into something else, transforming?"  "Exactly that."  "That is a little hard to believe, but I suppose anything is possible..." Autumn trailed off. "But what does that have to do with a workout routine?"  "Well, according to the product listing it gives us a sporty body that makes it easier to fall into a healthy routine. You know, eating right, exercising daily even when you really don't want to." Cindy explained. "And I REALLY want to do it...but..." "You're afraid to do it alone." Autumn completed Cindy's thought for her, with Cindy giving a nod.  "Exactly. I don't really know what to expect, but if I did it with a friend I think I could go through with it."  "How long does the transformation last?"  "However long we keep buying and drinking the shakes they send you. They're what cause the transformation, and I assume once you stop drinking them you go back to normal." Cindy explained. "But I'll be honest, I'm not fully sure that's how it works..."  "I see..." Autumn nodded slowly as a brief moment of silence fell over the coffee shop before Autumn finally broke it. "And you really want to do this?"  "More than anything!" Cindy answered. "It's just...scary you know? Willingly turning into something else. I don't even know what it'll make you!"  "Only one way to find out now isn't there?" Autumn grinned. "Let's do it!"  "R-really? You'll do it with me?" Cindy asked, trying to contain her excitement but that was far from doing a good job at that.  "You said you needed the help doing this! What else are friends for?" Autumn laughed. "Do you have them on you?"  "I do! Actually! I was really hoping you'd say yes to this." Cindy let out a sigh of relief as she reached into her purse, pulling out two thermos filled with the transformation trigger. "We drink this and we'll become sporty!"  "Feels a bit weird to drink something know it'll do something to you." Autumn commented as she took hers. "But we'll be changing into something good for us! I wouldn't mind getting more into exercise, so I'm excited to see what's on the other side for us!"  "Me too!" Cindy said as she took her own thermos. "Ready? No backing down once we drink this!"  "Ready! Let's do it!" Autumn cheered as the two clinked their bottles together before taking hefty swigs of the liquid inside.  "Ooh, that goes down nice!" Autumn nodded approvingly.  "Right? A nice fruity taste. They're good! Do you feel all tingly too?"  "Yeah! I think that means the changes are starting! Guess it wasn't all just a metaphor. See you on the other side!" Autumn winked as the two girls would have their bodies began their transformation.  The ponytail Autumn possessed left, her hair flowing freely as it retained its general length. The front of it formed more into curved bangs covering mostly the right side of her face. The black coloration with orange tips would form all sorts of colors. It was bright, with the lower half of the hair starting at purple and ending in red, possessing orange, yellow, green, and blue in between as the color of their hair matched that of a rainbow. Autumn's emerald eyes shifted into a lavender coloration, with her mascara being less prominent on her face.  While Autumn's hair and eye color changed, much grander changes would be happening to the rest of her head. For starters, her face was pushing outward, forming into a petite muzzle while her nose at the end of it shrank into it, leaving only tiny, slitted nostrils behind. Her teeth became flatter as more formed inside her mouth to fill out the interior of her new snout. Autumn's ears found themselves moving higher up her head until they rested at the very top, the size of them increasing while taking on a bit more of a triangular shape. They were a bit more "floppy," while light blue hairs quickly covered the skin. This same hair sprouted out all over Autumn's head, completely covering her skin underneath in a colorful sky blue fur coat.  The blue fur continued to grow down Autumn's neck, arms, and torso. As this was growing, something else was growing on the backside of Autumn's torso. Emerging out from the center of Autumn's back would be two large sets of wings that matched the same color as her new fur coat, and strong enough to give her the ability of brief flight.  Below the belt, Autumn gained another new appendage. It was a long and fluffy tuft of rainbow colored hair matching the hair on the top of her head. This gave Autumn an equestrian tail, of which would gently sway behind her. The digits of Autumn's feet pressed together and became one, with them becoming flat and harder as they transitioned into a pair of hooves. Like Autumn's upper body, her lower body would be covered in light blue fur as well. Even the color of her hooves matched the rest of her form. Lastly, on Autumn's left hip, a kind of tattoo formed in the fur, of which had an image of a cloud and a rainbow sticking out from it in the shape of a lightning bolt, leaving Autumn as not just a pony woman - and anthro version of Rainbow Dash.  Autumn's outfit changed significantly to match her new body. The skirt she was wearing grew a bit larger and wrapped around each leg, the skirt shifting into pants. The black color of the skirt became a bit lighter, while riding up her legs until the cut barely reached past her hips. A yellow line formed going down the hip, as the fomrer skirt's material became thinner as it finished turning into a pair of exercise shorts. At the backside, a hole formed that Autumn's new tail poked through, just wide enough to make sure it could breathe but not wide enough to show anything but the tail. The sweater she was wearing had much of it shrinking. The sleeves were reduced to thin straps that hung over her shoulder while the turtleneck vanished entirely along with a lot of the material around the chest region, leaving just a bit of cleavage showing because of it. Like her old skirt, the martial of her top was softened while tightening a fair bit around her bosom. The black coloration stayed with a yellow line going down the side, the sweater now a sports bra. Around Autumn's wrists, a sweatband formed on them, along with one wrapping around her forehead, giving her the perfect outfit for a morning jog!  "Whoa! That feels weird!" Autumn said, laughing and realizing that not only did she look like Rainbow Dash, she even sounded like her!  "Did you get wings too? These things are weeeird!" Cindy giggled, looking behind her at them. Autumn looked her transformed friend up and down, seeing her dressed in a similar outfit to what Autumn was wearing, only purple! And she was purple herself - she was a humanoid version of Twilight Sparkle!  "I have to admit, this is...unexpected!" Autumn chuckled, running her hands down her muzzle.  "In a...good way, right? I hope in a good way!"  "Yes in a good way!" Autumn reassured her friend. "This is awesome! I have to say I never expected this to happen when you said those drinks would change us!"  "I didn't either, honestly! I just knew it would transform us but I didn't know into this!" she motioned to her body. "But I have to say, I do really like the results! I think I'm a bit more muscular than I used to be!"  "I am too, now that you mention it! I won't complain about having a bit of abs now!" she laughed as she playfully patted at her stomach.  "I have to say, I don't know if it was the drink or the new body, but I feel like I have a ton of energy! I wonder if there's caffine or something in them!" Cindy exclaimed.  "I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling that! I feel like I could run a marathon! Or maybe even fly one!" she giggled as she turned her back to Cindy, flapping her wings before turning back around.  "We should try out flying sometime! Maybe somewhere with padding so we don't accidentally crash into stuff. We just got these bodies, I don't want them to get hurt!"  "Faaair point!" Autumn giggled and waved. "But we are doing that later!" she said with a playfully stern point.  "Don't have to tell me twice! But for now, I could really use a jog! We're dressed for it after all!"  "I'm up or a jog! Sounds like the best thing in the world right now!" Autumn said, already starting to stretch out. "I wonder how long we can go for in these bodies?"  "There's only one way to find out, but with all this energy I'm betting at least triple than what we are used to!" Cindy giggled with glee. "This is so cool! Thank you again for doing this with me! I would have never done it without you!"  "I can say the same to you. I love this body! And I wouldn't have it if you didn't want me to come along for the ride!" Autumn replied.  "You're not just saying that to spare my feelings right? You mean it?"  "Of course I mean it!" Autumn waved a hand. "Who knows, maybe I'll keep up with these shakes, I could get used to being a pony girl! Wings are a big perk and with hooves, I don't have to keep buying shoes!"  "We'll need new clothes with holes for our tails though. I don't think we can only walk around in sports bras and shorts, as comfy as they are!"  "Then it looks like we have some shopping to do later! I'm sure we can find a store that sells clothes for people like us!"  "I say we jog until we find oune!" Autumn suggested. "Get the best of both worlds with these new bodies!"  "That's a great idea! Let's do it!" Cindy cheered, the two girls leaving the coffee shop and jogged off. It was like they were jogging for the first time with how great it felt compared to before! The wings blowing in the breeze, the hooves hitting the pavement, everything felt perfect! These bodies were perfect! This new workout routine was something that neither girl was sure would be for them, but after just a few blocks of jogging, they knew that they were going to stick with it for a very long time!
