[b]Chuong:[/b] Me, all UN1024s are leaders, though I'm the representing leader of the UN1024. The people in the UN1024s who are higher than most of us are well, the generals of course.

[b]Leo:[/b] It certainly is, and Wildcat City's furry population has learned that the hard way. We were starting to feel the depression, although mainly from the extremists' outbursts, but it would have gotten to us anyway. But we are leaving that all behind us now.
