Abilities/Powers: Police Hand to Hand combat training. Has superpowers, hence her superhero job. His power is of Flares. So he makes flashy lights and beams of light for distraction and flashbang style effects. He has incredible agility too.

Joined Police Force at the age of 18.
Promoted to full Superhero at 24, partnered with a rookie Jakob Bergan
They soon moved in together, and have lived together ever since.
At 25, got a girlfriend, Maebh, she was nice I heard
27ish, the girl was kidnapped by a gang, they tortured her and twisted her, forming a Banshee in the process.

At 30 Chris broke history. Like seriously, he wasn't MEANT to be at the Battle of Bluridge, Jakob had died every previous timeline I saw. Chris showed up and.. bam, Jakob lived.
At 30, found himself a new “Niece” in Amy Bergan, adopted by Jakob.
Has stuck by Jakob's side through every case and lead he's ever taken, no matter how farfetched.
Almost walked out on the Police when Jakob was suspended.
Instead is taking his LONG overdue holiday hours to stick by Jakob.
