Tales of Qin

Prologue

It was after a long year of war campaign of His Majesty Emperor of Qin, Li-Hei Sun* of Han dynasty. He fought against rebellion in Tang province. At last, he did crush rebellious Tangs and won the war. But it was not an end for struggle in whole Empire. 
Even war is over, there was a really high risk of another rebellion - first of all, on the south in province of Wang. 
Emperor, as his ministers suggested, did sent a huge amount of his army to Wang to protect interests of Qin empire and Han dynasty. 
This mission was given to young, but yet ambitious General Fu-Pei. His ambitions were indeed aimed high, but his brutality and heartless nature made him a very infamous man that ever stepped in Wang province. The Emperor was worried about him because of his nature and ambitions, but his ministers did keep His Majesty ensured, that Fu-Pei is obedient to him. 
Once upon a time, somewhere in the province of Wang, General Fu-Pei and his army stationed nearby a not well know village of Liu Yingbi, it means "Six Coins". 
A village that did not well know until now, when one of the events did a place...
